该片讲述了六年前，拳手李山因为失手打死队员，因过失杀人被判刑，出狱后妻子已经因病去世，留下了一个患有自闭症的儿子亮亮。李山根据妻子留下的日记，学习照顾亮亮，同时寻找工作养家糊口。。梅雨是东亚地区独有的天气气候现象。每年六月至七月，在我国长江流域和台湾地区的上空，逐渐形成一条准静止锋，并由此开始了一段阴雨连绵的天气。这段持续一个多月的阴雨天，被称为梅雨。受环境的影响，在这条梅雨带上生活的人们则形成了独有的生活习惯与文化特点。我们将沿着这条雨水带，探寻古老的城市与农田，探索人与自然的交互。。The film accompanies Magaye Niyang, a star of Touki-Bouki, a 1972 classic directed by her own uncle Djibril Diop.
