In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。该剧讲述了抗日战争时期，以柳敬春为首的各路有志之士与日方斗智斗勇、不惜牺牲性命保家卫国的故事。。故事起始于2001年的山西大同，模特巧巧与出租车公司老板斌哥是一对恋人，斌哥每天在外面呼朋唤友，巧巧希望能够尽快进入婚姻。一次，斌哥在街头遭到竞争对手的袭击，巧巧为了保护斌哥街头开枪，被判刑五年。巧巧出狱以后，开始寻找斌哥以便重新开始，然而事情却发生了意想不到的变化。。
