早在八百年前，人类的欲望催生出21枚核心硬币。凡是得到硬币的人，必将获得巨大的力量。2011年6月，德国图林根州，鸿上基金会的会长鸿上光生率领探险队深入图林根州某森林的腹地，经过不断地勘测和挖掘，终于找到了核心硬币的埋藏点，却无意间解开了尘封数百年的封印，而且也使森林和东京的新宿发生对调。伴随着巨大的变动，无数中世纪士兵从山洞中走出，展开残酷的杀戮。偶然路过附近的火野映司与泉信吾卷入混乱，与武士们展开战斗。在武士的身后，是有着强大能力的炼金师盖拉，她复活后发誓成为新世界的主宰——奥兹（OOO）。 混乱中，所有的人都被卷入德川八代将军吉宗所在的江户时代……。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios.
