老游击队员的儿子阿尔丹曾跟随父辈参加过反法西斯的斗争。解放后，他致力于医学，成为优秀的外科医生。在赞扬声中，他一度产生了骄傲自满情绪，追求个人的名利。后来觉醒了，自愿到边疆林区为工人治病。过去常给阿尔丹捧场的载菲克是个特务，他威胁阿尔丹带路，企图逃越国境，阿尔丹绝不背叛祖国，在与特务搏斗中牺牲。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
