本作はナナトエリ・亀山聡によるマンガ「僕の妻は発達障害」を実写化したもの。マンガ家アシスタントの悟との新婚生活を過ごしていた知花が、発達障害という診断を受けながらも、自分の特性と向き合おうと前向きに歩く姿を描く。。Jimmy is the only man who, after his divorce, still has to deal with his disapproving, meddling mother-in-law. When his ex-wife volunteers to go to east Africa to help the victims of a natural disaster, weekend-dad Jimmy agrees to take care of their two teenage kids full time in an attempt to win her back!。
