1945年抗战胜利以后，上海民众锄奸的呼声愈来愈高。大汉奸周佛海惶惶不可终日，他以存有蒋介石的密信相要挟，请求庇护。蒋密令戴笠率军统特遣队潜入上海，保护周佛海。与此同时，上海滩青龙帮头子杜月笙也重返上海，而杜深知要立足上海，就要抓住蒋的把柄，而周正是突破口。于是戴与杜两人为了争夺周斗智斗勇，最后狡猾的戴避开了杜的包围，把周送上了飞机。但在舆论的压力下，周还是被南京政府判了死刑，后改为无期徒刑。。Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, keeps receiving weird phone calls and being followed by a mysterious man.
