秦英（张锦程）委托Mike（江华）暗杀黑帮头目一哥（炜烈）。一哥死，英得手后嫁娲Mike，Mike被追杀。警察雷天（黄树棠）在调查这宗案中亦被连累遇害，其养子范进（吴毅将）悲恸不已，及后欣赏Mike身手和义气，决与他联手为养父报仇，可惜在行动中引致修女（蔡晓仪）无辜惨死，Mike与进唯有拼出最后一口气对付英。。本片讲述的是南拳北腿合力摧毁银元伪造集团的故事，谭道良与南拳形象人王道合演，李作楠为本片导演，他在70年代导了许多功夫电影，值得大家铭记。。After thirty years in the big corporation, Ugo Fantozzi retires. Suddenly, he needs things to do in everyday life and he tries a number of activities: helping Pina shopping| babysitting grand-daughter Uga| a trip to Venice| learning golf.
