本剧以3年C班的学生们为主角，担任班主任的正片主人公世冈理音（生田绘梨花饰）也将登场，星阳学园放学后、上课中、暑假的样子等电视剧正片中没有描写的故事将被迷你电视剧化。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom.
