熊猫小仙玲玲（吕严饰）误打误撞进入花脖子山被错认成大王，和鸡血军师鼹师（土豆饰）共同带领妖寨做大做强的喜剧故事。。王启聪（陈奕迅 饰）和李耀庭（郭富城 饰）是互不认识的重案组探员。聪大大咧咧不修边幅，庭辣手灵敏自命不凡。两个性格各异的警界精英因为一宗案件聚到一起，女警冯宝宝（郑希怡 饰）暂时成为他们的上司。 这宗案件由KEN（黄品源 饰）引发，他和女友打算盗窃一件价值连城的珠宝，还商量到手后就隐退江湖。结果却是螳螂捕蝉黄雀在后，他们盗来的宝物被另一伙人看上，他们追杀并捉走了KEN，女友则带着珠宝幸得逃走。她向警方提出要求：她愿意用这条项链，换回KEN的安全回来。 警方开始追查绑架KEN的黑帮。其间聪、庭和冯宝宝却意见各异冲突不断。案件的侦破困难重重。。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer.
