CBS夏季档13集新剧《救世 Salvation》于美国时间7月12日首播，该剧由Alex Kurtzman负责﹑Liz Kruger与Craig S hapiro编剧，曾获奥斯卡提名的Juan Carlos Fresnadillo会执导首集。 《救世》讲述一个麻省理工研究生Liam及一个技术界的明星Darius Tanz，他们为五角大楼一个低权限职员Grace带来惊天发现：有颗小行星离撞击地球仅余六个月的时间。因此Liam及Darius得负责起一个拯救世界的秘密计划，Liam还得对他所爱的人保守这秘密。 Charlie Rowe饰演主角Liam﹑Santiago Cabrera另一主角Darius Tanz﹑Jennifer Finnigan饰演五角大楼的新闻秘书兼单亲母亲Grace Darrow，本来在两方面平衡得很好的她，因为知道小行星要撞击地...。A group of colleagues crash land on a mysterious island that they cannot escape.
