《清醒边缘》以双相情感障碍患者吴昊作为主要对象进行叙事展开，加入专业医生的讲解、吴昊家人对其发病的回溯、吴昊的个人访谈、客观记录的吴昊生活等内容。整体以时间轴线铺开，表现吴昊通过药物维持“相对清醒”的生存常态，以及个人与疾病共处的社会状态。在主题表现中，不仅是对吴昊个体的影像记录和呈现，更希望让社会大众理性了解精神障碍群体，看到更多患者的生存现状和困境，进而削弱或消除对该群体的病耻感。。A group of 10 disparate people, strangers to each other, have all traveled to Africa believing they have won a fabulous vacation safari.
