After the disaster comes to past what is left of the human species tirelessly attempt to survive their interstellar lives in an unstable mothership.。苏雨婷每次带回来一个男朋友，父亲都会带他们进书房，从书房出来后，他们就会跟苏雨婷分手，亲戚、闺蜜、母亲，无论是谁从父亲的书房出来，都恨不得苏雨婷去死，那一晚苏雨婷执意要进书房，终于看到了真相。。圣诞节就要到了，过度保护女儿克洛伊的注册会计师麦克听从助理的建议，为改善父女两人关系，受邀到乡下为马场主理清账目。乡下新鲜的空气和热情好客的马场主人一家让克洛伊卸下心防，她尤其喜欢一匹叫赫利的马，而赫利也正是马场主一家最为珍视的。但马场因欠银行20万美元债务恐将在圣诞节关闭，即使举办舞会筹集善款还存在巨大的缺口，无法解救马场。无奈之下大家开始考虑用赫利抵债，克洛伊私自带着赫利出逃，众人找回克洛伊，赫利最终还是被带走……马场能否获得转机平安度过圣诞节呢？。
